Either fax us the written "quote" or "Good Faith Estimate" (which you are entitled to receive), or call us to discuss it. We will then tell you whether we can save you money on the closing costs you have been quoted. Based on our experience, we believe that we will be able to save you money. So, it costs you nothing to find out; just a phone call or an email. If you want, we will give you our closing fees in writing. Most lenders will allow you to choose the attorney who handles the closing. We provide personal service and we are responsive to your questions and needs.
